How to install high clearance radius rods for your RZR

Installment Instructions

1. Place the frame of the RZR on jack stands so the tires are off the ground. Be sure it is solidly on

the jack stands so it will not fall off. Remove both rear tires.

2. Remove all four radius rods – keep the bolts. You will re-use them. Note: You can do these one at a time - remove one, install a new one, and then go to the next. Either way works.

3. Now install the new radius rods. Note that there are two different thicknesses of spacers for the

upper radius rods. The thicker spacers go to the inside of the RZR against the frame, and the

thinner spacers go outside.

4. Tighten all bolts to spec (40ft-lb).

5. Repeat this process for all radius rods.
