The ZRP Chromoly Chassis is the first of it's kind in the UTV Industry, utilizing billet 4130 chromoly joints at the trailing arm mount/shock tower and a Billet 7075 Aluminum double shear bulkhead/double shear radius rod plate to save weight and maximize strength. This Chassis is available in one and two seat configurations and can be built as a base chassis/roller or a complete ready to race package. It is designed to meet rules for BITD, Ultra 4, SCORE, etc. as all stock suspension/drivetrain mounting locations are retained and safety standards are exceeded. The $50,000 Base Chassis Price includes the following:
- Fully TIG Welded Chassis/Bumper with Billet Chassis Parts
- Pyrotech Fuel Cell (Fully Installed)
- Aluminum Sheet Body Panels (Attached to Car with Dzus Fasteners)
- Radiator (Fully Mounted)
- Mounting for Race Seats
- Aluminum Backed UHMW Skid Plate
Chassis will be ready to bolt in all suspension and drivetrain components for a fully built race car. Please contact us if you are interested in a fully assembled car.
Notice: Single Seat Chassis requires slight modification to the stock brake pedal. Single Seat Chassis comes with a Howe Steering Rack and Adapters.
